Up to 28K Plus Bonus

I am looking to speak to Studio Managers or fitness managers for an expanding brand in the Leeds area. The role will pay up to 28K and will also have a performance related bonus. The Studio is not for the faint hearted and will need a manager who can teach and take part in high energy classes!

The studio manager will be accountable for all elements including sales, teaching and operations. Alongside this you will manage a team on freelancers and be responsible for their recruitment, training and development.

Your role will be to drive sales and participation by building great member relations and deliver studio excellent on every visit

To apply for this role ideally you should:

• Be currently working as a studio manager/fitness manager/small site general manager
• Hold a Level 3 Fitness qualification
• Be actively teaching in your current role
• Have experience of managing a studio programme
• Have an understanding of studio budgets
• Have taken an active part in the membership sales or PT sales previously
