Studio General Manager - London - Up to £30,000 + professional development.

Our client is a growing boutique fitness studio in operator offering some of the most innovative and energizing group exercise classes and personalized fitness training in a super luxurious environment.

​

The Studio Manager role in Canary Wharf is seen as a development opportunity in order to progress on to larger sites, and as such, we are looking for an ambitious talented individual who wants to learn and develop under their guidance.

​

Summary of the role:

• Recruit, coach, develop and inspire your front-of-house team to be the best they can be every day.

• Deliver a first-class experience to your customers.

• Ensure the studio is immaculate, well maintained and on brand at all times.

• Rota's, labour budgets and weekly studio reports.

• Stock control of the café bar.

• Create a fun and professional environment for team members and customers and instil a strong sense of community.

The ideal person

• Well groomed, outgoing, passionate about fitness and service.

• Loves engaging with people

• Hungry to learn and develop professionally

• Experience in leading, coaching, developing and supporting high performing teams.

• Premium/boutique experience ideally within health and fitness

• Key holder and team management experience possibly as a Reception/Front of House Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, Studio Manager or Club Manager.

• A flexible approach to work as some early mornings, early evenings and short weekend shifts will be required.

• Commutable enough to start a shift at 6am during the week (not every day mind!)
