Sales Manager - Holiday Park 40-50K basic OTE 80K Uncapped Bournemouth

We are looking for a sales manager to work for a leading holiday park in Bournemouth offering a highly competitive basic salary of up to 50K with the genuine opportunity to earn an OTE in excess of 80K which in turn is uncapped..

As sales manager you will be hands on whilst leading and directing a team of 2 sales people to sell with complete integrity and to achieve daily and monthly sales targets selling quality holiday homes and lodges through a consultative sales process.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and successful sales professional with a proven track record in the holiday park industry.

As one of the senior managers on the park team are working towards a common goal of supporting the sales team in generating and converting the maximum amount of quality leads from all internal and external sources. First class interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Due to the market leading financial package on offer my client is only interested in talking to candidates who either have a proven track record in holiday home sales management or potentially an ambitious number 2 from a leading operator looking to step up into their first sales management role.
