Holiday Homes Selling Sales Manager - Isle of Wight

I am looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work at a leading holiday park on the Isle of Wight.

My client is looking for candidates who have :

• A proven track record as a sales manager working in the holiday park industry.
• Retain the drive and ambition to meet and exceed challenging sales targets
• With thrive in a role where there is significant autonomy to drive localized marketing initiatives.
• Strong on stock and inventory management
• Can demonstrate sales integrity and compliance to brand standards
• First class written and communication skills.
• Will create a culture of high performance and fun within the team

In return there is an outstanding financial package on offer with a basic of up to 50K and an OTE of 100K+.

Accommodation will initially be made available on park.
