Sales Manager Maidstone 25Kbasic OTE 35K

A very exciting opportunity for a sales manager at a high performing premium health and fitness club in Maidstone. We are keen to hear from candidates who will:

• Thrive in a club that has high volume monthly sales targets,
• Enjoy being a selling manager, leading from the front.
• Driving a proactive outreach strategy within the local area including corporates..
• Coach and lead the sales team of 3 to hit both headcount and joining fee targets.
• Work a combination of shifts including evenings and weekends

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 25K, there is a genuine and highly achievable commission scheme paying £500/month for hitting team targets and individual commission of up to £400/month.
