Sales Manager - Holiday Park - Dorset

£35,000 - £40,000 basic 80K OTE (uncapped)

I am looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work at a leading holiday park in Dorset. My client is looking for candidates who have :

· A proven track record as a sales manager working in the holiday park industry.

· Retain the drive and ambition to meet and exceed challenging sales targets

· With thrive in a role where there is significant autonomy to drive localized marketing initiatives.

· Strong on stock and inventory management

· Can demonstrate sales integrity and compliance to brand standards

· First class written and communication skills.

· Will create a culture of high performance and fun within the team

In return there is an outstanding financial package on offer with a basic of 35-40K DOE with a realistic but uncapped OTE of 80K+.

Accommodation will initially be made available on park if required.
