Regional Sales Manager - Amsterdam 65K package

I am looking for a regional sales manager to manage multiple premium leisure facilities across Europe, An ideal base location would be in Amsterdam or Rotterdam. We are keen to talk to candidates who have a proven track record working in a similar regional or group sales capacity operating within a Business to Consumer environment. You will need to be an outstanding leader, coach and mentor to a team of around 60 sales professionals working within a very structured sales process and embracing fully the Challenger sales approach.

Interested candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets, working closely with the Head of Sales and central marketing teams to deliver a wide range of marketing campaigns and referral

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary, there is the opportunity to earn a monthly commission that will take the overall package to around 65K.
