Regional Operations Director - up to £70K basic 90K OTE

I am looking for a regional operations director to work for a highly successful market leading operator in the leisure industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for a combined turnover of c£20m with centres in Greater London, Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex. I am keen to talk to candidates who demonstrate:

• A deep understanding or leading and operating in a multi-site commercial leisure, health and fitness or hospitality business.
• Evidenced track record of exceptional people management, operational excellence and delivering commercial results
• The skills to drive revenue across multiple revenue streams from the corporate events, pay as you go bookings, F and B and retail
• The confidence, credibility and detailed approach to work at board level.

The successful candidate will ideally be well located to get in and out of Greater London and to centres in the South and down to the South Coast so around the M25 in Surrey would be perfect.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of 60 to 70K dependent on experience there is a performance related bonus of up to 20K.
