Regional Manager- Growing sports and leisure provider - To£40,000 +car allowance + bonus +benefits

Covering Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton, Kettering, Bedford, Huntingdon and Cambridge

Our client is one of the fastest growing sports and leisure operators in the U.K with new sites added to their portfolio every month. Due to their continued growth they are looking for a Regional Manager in midlands covering from Birmingham to Cambridge.

The role of the Regional Manager is to recruit, coach, support and develop a large team of General Managers, provide inspirational leadership every day and ensure their teams achieve and surpass their commercial objectives and deliver operational excellence in all of their sites. The Regional Manager will help mobilise new sites as they come on board so will also work closely with the new openings team, suppliers and other key stake holders and partners.

To be considered you will already be a Regional Manager, Cluster Manager or high performing General Manager within the leisure industry within a fast moving commercial environment. You will be able to show evidence of coaching, supporting and developing the teams you have managed and demonstrate tangible commercial results. You must also have a current U.K. driving licence and be prepared to travel on a daily basis.
