Head of Talent Aquisition/Recruitment Manager- Growing Private HealthCare Provider - Surrey HQ/ working remotely and Nationwide Travel -  Circa £35,000+benefits

We are working with an entrepreneurial progressive Private Health Care provider offering state of the art facilities and services that they are opening Nationwide. Due to their growth they are looking to appoint a Recruitment Manager/ Head of Talent Acquisition which is a newly created addition to the People Team reporting into the HR Director.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with Directors and Centre Managers supporting them with their recruitment needs.
  • Take some responsibility for sourcing certain clinical and non-clinical key hires within their business, managing the full recruitment process.
  • Manage the relationship with recruitment agencies and other suppliers.
  • Capitalise on Digital and Social Media channels to promote the brand and source candidates, working in conjunction the marketing team.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to the business and live their values at all times.

 

The Person

  • Professional and personable disposition.
  • Consultative and supportive approach to recruitment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • At least two years multi-site recruitment experience, ideally in-house experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in building strong relationships with senior stake holders.
  • Experience in working in a fast paced ever changing recruitment environment, working to deadlines and KPI's.
  • Ideally experienced in building long lasting relations with high level clinicians and nurses to build up the candidate pool.
  • Experience of managing a recruitment budget.
  • Able to create own art-work and on-brand digital adverts and social content
  • Familiarity with Excel and all office applications.
  • Flexible approach to work; able to commute to their Woking Head Office and also mobile enough to travel to their centres Nationwide from time to time to support their centre managers with recruitment days.
