Operations Manager- up to 21K

I am currently recruiting for an operations manager for largest and most progressive fitness operators in the U.K. The role is based across multiple sites so requires someone who is very hands on and commercially minded.
The day to day duties would include:
* Looking after Health & Safety for the building and workers
* Managing a small team of operational staff
* Managing and developing relationships with all users and community groups
* Being a key holder
* Leading training and development for staff
To apply to this role you would have ideally worked as a duty manager for a large leisure facility, worked as an assistant manager at a commercial sporting site or have had operational experience. You will be outgoing, highly organised, process orientated, have exceptional attention to detail. You will of course be an active advocate of fitness and an active lifestyle too.
