Operations Director - New QSR Concept - London

Up to £60k basic + Performance Related Bonus + Prtofit Share + Equity

My client are a refreshing new concept on the market, delivering the UK's favourite food to 1000s of people per week across London, with huge expansion plans in the next 5 years, and we are looking for an Operations Director to lead that growth.

Ideally, I am looking to speak to candidates who have strong QSR background, and most noteably, experience in managaing new openings, franchise management or a strong demonstrable background of rapid growth in the market.

The role is ideal for an experience Operations Director who is keen to get their hands dirty and join a smaller company who will dominate the market in the future, or a strong Operations Manager with lots of branded QSR experience with new openings looking for their first Operations Director role.
