National Sales Manager - Lifestyle Leisure Operator

Circa £60,000 basic, £90,000 O.T.E. + excellent benefits

Long Eaton, Derbyshire/Remote/Nationwide

Our client is a private equity backed lifestyle leisure operator with sites throughout England. They continue to grow through new builds, acquisitions and adding new products and services to their business, and as such are looking for a National Sales Manager to own, develop and deliver their sales strategy to maximise sales, revenue and EBITDA across all facets of their diverse business.

We would love to hear from you have:

  • An inspiring character who is experienced in building high performing sales teams.

  • Developed and delivered sales strategy for a multi-faceted multi-site leisure, hospitality, travel, real estate, or retail business possibly as a Head of Commercial, Group Sales Manager, National Business Development Manager or National Field Sales Manager.

  • Experience in b2c sales, selling a high value lifestyle product or service such as premium health and fitness, golf or tennis membership, holiday home sales, retirement home sales, residential property sales, caravan/camper van/car/boat sales or luxury travel sales.

  • Collaborated with multiple stake holders (across Operations, Marketing, Product and Customer Service Teams) to deliver an outstanding customer experience and seamless sales process.

  • A valid driving licence and the flexibility to travel throughout England up to two days per week.

  • The ability to commute to the Long Eaton, Derbyshire Head Office two to three times a week.
