Membership Sales Consultant

£16-17k basic OTE £22-23k

I am currently recruiting for a passionate and driven Membership Sales Consultant to work for one of the leading brands within the Fitness industry based within the East Hampshire area.

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building rapport with prospective customers and current members alike, generating new leads through a mixture of outreach and referrals, conducting a thorough needs analysis and tailored tours of the club, and ultimately, converting these into sales.

I am looking for confident candidates who have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a customer facing role and a keen interest in the Fitness industry. To be considered for the role, it is imperative that you currently hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have your own transport.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of £16-17k, you will have the opportunity to earn an additional £4-6k in commission, with great benefits available for successful candidates.
