My client is looking for a Lead Chef to join us at their club in Weybridge. The Lead Chef will be key to the success of the F&B Operation. My client is looking for a Lead Chef that is extremely passionate about delivering great quality food and drink, combined with excellent service.
Whilst it can get a little hot in the kitchen, Every day is a different day and it is very rare that you will be required to work split shifts, with most of the kitchens closing at 10pm!
You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and be responsible for ensuring the kitchen operates within its agreed budgets and that food hygiene and health and safety compliance is maintained at all times and your role will be to share your knowledge and experience, build an engaging team of chefs and to lead by example to deliver the menu to the highest standards at all times.
You will ideally have previous experience of working in a supervisory role within a branded kitchen, thrive when under pressure and have a positive attitude, oodles of enthusiasm and be prepared to be hands on and to get stuck in with the team.
