A great opportunity for a Kitchen Manager ot Team Leader to lead a popular pub, situated in the Longlevens suburb of Gloucester.

The ideal candidate will have high food quality standards, an eye for presentation, a passion for developing their team, and genuine enthusiasm for all things food!

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all operations. Including the ordering of stock, food prep, team management, stock control, adhering at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You will train, develop, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation.
