Hotel General Manager

Applications are invited from General Managers or Hotel Managers with solid Management experience primarily hosting Tour groups in the leisure sector.

Two opportunties are available in in Wales and East Anglia

The General Manager role will suit candidates with:

* An ability to lead and inspire the Hotel team to brilliance.

* A demonstrable record of delivering exceptional customer service.

* An ability to produce professional business reports for Head Office.

* Excellent attention to detail and a pro-active approach to work.

* Experience with budgeting and finances.

* Excellent Food Hygiene and Health and Safety knowledge

* An ability to recruit, train and develop the team.

* Focus on maintaining and enhancing the core values of the Hotel Group.
