Head Chef Weymouth, c 28K + bonus opportunity

We are looking for a head chef to lead a team of 6 chefs working for a premium and expanding holiday park operator at their flagship Weymouth holiday park. The park has recently benefited from a significant capital investment to maintain its premium 5* offer with a quality menu and working environment.

Typical opening hours are 5pm until late, off peak/midweek and then from lunch until late on weekends and peak season. The park closes mid-Nov, Dec, Jan and most of Feb offering the successful candidate the opportunity to forward plan, whilst working reduced hours on full-time pay.

As head chef you will be given creative input to the menu which is reviewed regularly and considerable autonomy to work for a dynamic and expanding operator.

• Well-developed leadership skills with a proven track record in high volume premium kitchens
• Strong food hygiene systems and operational systems
• Who takes pride in delivering consistently great meals
