Up to 28K Plus bonus

I am looking for a dynamic manager for a 5* facility for leading gym and spa brand that offers a unique service to their members.

As the gym manager you will enjoy being hands-on, engage with members and be the operational expert for the site. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the gym and lead and coach your internal team, alongside building fantastic external relationships.

The role has demanding hours starting as early as 5.30am- 11.30pm on a rota basis but comes with an ongoing training plan and great development opportunities. This role would suit a candidate who has strong operational experience and has worked in the 5* market ( either hotel or cruise ship experience would be ideal)

To apply for this role you should have:

• Managed a gym facility with at least 12 months experience
• Hold a fitness qualification ideally level 3

The role would demand you undertaking a pool plant course and complete an emergency responder course ( therefore you MUST be able to swim and have a good level of water confidence)
