Group Sales and Marketing Manager - Leisure Industry Surrey 45-50K + bonus

I have a fantastic opportunity for a group sales and marketing manager to work for a leading family entertainment business in Surrey. You will be directly responsible for:

• The group's marketing, promotion and outreach campaigns including Online search and display marketing, outdoor media, direct promotions and organic media relations
• Ensuring the best possible ROI for all platforms, tactics and mechanics including lifetime order value, average order value, social engagement ratio, brand engagement and competitor audits.
• Accountable for developing the annual sales plan and individual KPIs to ensure the business plans are achieved
• Ensuring that the huge amount of customer data is effectively collected and managed to enable the very best customer retention and loyalty campaigns can be delivered based on customer insight.

Previous experience within a similar role within the leisure industry is highly desirable.
