Golf Club Manager Surrey up to 45K +30% bonus

Set in stunning Surrey grounds, this is a wonderful opportunity to become the General Manager of a well-established and successful private members Golf Club in Surrey. The club has recently invested significantly into the building of a brand new leisure club and will be investing further into both the clubhouse and the course enabling it to reposition its offer as a premium club with 5* facilities.

This is a commercial General Manager post as you will be tasked with developing and delivering the business plan to drive new sales and f and b /events business whilst delivering outstanding operational performance and compliance across all departments. Setting the standards for front of house and member engegement you will lead and coach your team of heads of departmenst to achieve service excellence.
