General Manager Solihull up to 34K basic OTE 40K

This is an exciting opportunity for a general manager to run a large, well established and very successful low cost fitness club near Solihull. We are looking for general manager candidates with energy and passion who have a proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver exceptional customer service, operational excellence and engagement which the company sets as a standard. You will need to be financially astute with a flair and hands on approach to lead generation and ensuring the team consistently delivers high new monthly sales target. You will be responsible for managing, coaching and directing large team of personal trainers and having a fitness background would certainly be beneficial although not essential.

We are keen to talk to existing general managers who will thrive in a fast paced leisure club and for a performance led business that is growing at pace through both new openings and acquisitions. My client offers a highly competitive basic salary of 30-34K dependent on experience with the genuine opportunity to achieve up to 6k in bonuses that are paid out on a quarterly basis along with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. There are excellent opportunities for both on the job training and further career progression.
