General Manager Tamworth up to 35K basic OTE 40K+

We are keen to talk to general manager candidates keen to take on the exciting challenge to manage a large and successful health and fitness club in Tamworth . The role will be multi-functional, fast paced and hands-on with a key focus being to drive both new membership sales and retention across a large and well established membership base with a huge emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and operational standards through your team.

You will need to be commercially astute and thrive in a sales environment where you will lead from the front in driving new membership leads and enquiries through a proactive sales and marketing strategy supported by the power and strength of a leading nationwide brand You must be the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and much of your time will be spent in the local community on outreach with your team of PT's driving leads into the club. You will be working for a company that is obsessed with delivering the bet possible experience to its members day in day out on the gym floor and as such you will need an eye for detail and delivering operational excellence whilst ensuring your team are always engaging and helping the members receive their fitness goals. This is a fun and fast paced fitness club and offers the successful candidate a fantastic platform to showcase their abilities backed on by ongoing training and development.

We are looking to offer the successful candidate a basic salary of up to 35K with the genuine opportunity to earn a further 8K in performance related bonuses.
