General Manager - London - £40,000 to £45,000 +bonus + classes

We are looking for a General Manager to open and manage a new high-end fitness and wellness club aimed at the affluent corporate market in Central London.

Your role as General Manager:

• Recruit, coach, develop and inspire your team to be the best they can be every day.
• Support with the pre-sale and opening of new club.
• Ensure members have a memorable customer experience and are supported to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
• Develop and deliver appropriate new member sales initiatives such as corporate wellness days to become recognised in the corporate community.
• Ensuring the club looks 5-star at all times; keeping it well maintained, clean and safe.
• Full financial accountability.

Your profile

• Professional, personable disposition and immaculately presented.
• Familiar with providing a 5-star offering.
• Club Manager or General Manager experience within the health and fitness market aimed at the corporate community.
