I am looking for experienced General Manager with a proven track record who has great leadership skills. As General Manager, you will have a real drive to exceed expectations. If you're an enthusiastic General Manager who loves to lead a team and serve with passion & pride then I would love to hear from you. This business is due to undergo a full refurbishment and re-branding.

The role will include managing and training your team throughout the process of refurb and re-branding, and then driving busines sthe forward whilst ensuring the guests are cared for to the highest standards. You will be am impeccible host, and have a passion for fresh food. Driven by targets and achievements, you will be rewarded with a generous bonus structure and profit share annually.


This position comes with the added optional benefit of 2 bedroom accommodation, which will be refurbished along with the pub.
