A great opportunity to take the reins of a busy gastro pub in a lovely North London suburb. This site ticks all the boxes with a stunning interior, a garden terrace and stylish restaurant and bar. It is everything you would expect from a premium pub and is waiting for the right General Manager to drive it forward.

The ideal candidate will be great multi tasker, and have a real passion and drive to succeed. You will need to demonstrate a history of training and developing your teams to exceed expectations. You will also need to have experience managing both busy food service and bar environments.

Reporting directly to the owners you must be well versed in all bar/restaurant/room hire duties and be proactive in seeking improvements and reacting to challenges as they arise.You will need to be energetic, concentrating on exceeding your guests expectations and motivating your team at all times. You will need to be a focussed and creative person as you will involved in all aspects of the business.

As you will be working for an independent operation you will have a huge amount of autonomy on how the site is managed.
