General Manager - Holistic Fitness

North London up to 45K +Bonus

I am looking for a general manager for a well-established and very successful boutique holistic fitness centre in North London delivering well in excess of 100 classes per week across multiple studios whilst also hosting workshops and master classes. Setting an exacting standard and continuing to grow and makes this a very exciting and challenging opportunity in the boutique space.

• Responsible for a turnover in excess of £1.5m,
• Focusing on enhancing yield management, occupancy and effective programming
• Delivering a first class client experience for every customer, every time
• Leading, coaching and developing your management team, FOH staff and instructors
• Ensuring the highest levels of operational performance and standards throughout the centre.
• Optimizing member retention and looking at building commercial partnerships
• Managing third party providers
• Working closely with the head office team

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary of up to 45K there is a performance related bonus. Holiday entitlement is 25 days plus bank holidays.
