General Manager - Birmingham

60-65K basic + significant package +car

This will be one of the largest and most exciting opportunities to work at the top end of the health and fitness market within the West Midlands. As General Manager you will:

• Manage a multimillion pound turnover and £2m+ EBITDA business
• Have unrelenting focus on delivering operational excellence
• Deliver an exceptional member experience across a large and complex sporting and leisure complex.
• Drive multiple income streams across memberships, retail, food and beverage, coaching and activity programs.

• A proven track record in regional or cluster general managers roles.

• Who will thrive in a heavily branded operation with well-established ways of working.
• Be prepared to work a combination of shifts including weekends
