General Manager 50-55K

Nr Romford. Essex

I am looking for a general manager to manage a fast paced sports lead high footfall late bar and restaurant generating in excess of 50K/week near Romford in Essex. As General Manager you will be hands on and be given high levels of autonomy to capitalise on significant opportunities to take the commercial performance of the venue to new levels..

• Drive sales through pre-booked tables and deal with high volumes of bookings whilst optimising spend and margins..
• Can identify opportunities to drive sales, traffic and return visits implementing localised marketing initiatives
• Who can continuously improvement the operational systems and processes. .
• Are obsessed with achieving the highest levels of guess satisfaction, NPS, Trip Advisor reviews,
• Build, coach and mentor a high performing team of managers and front line team of 40+ staff.
• Financially astute with proven ability to manage P&L, budgets and financial projections and analysis
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of 50-55K dependent on experience, the position offers 33 days holiday per annum and the opportunity for significant career development.
