Events Experience Manager to 42K
Chiswick
I am recruiting for an event experience manager to work for an award winning business based in West London who are totally focused on ensuring that they deliver a world class calendar of events and services throughout ther year to thousands of staff working across a hugely impressive business park with extensive grounds in Chiswick, West London. You will lead on the planning, marketing and delivery of these events and sports programmes . Reporting into the head of guest experience responsibilities include:
- End to end creation and development of the event experience, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business.
- Optimising the overall Guest experience, ensuring that all events, sports and activities complement the brand.
- Identifying additional needs and opportunities for Guest experience to be elevated including sponsorship, event day signage, booking process user journeys.
- Working with the Marketing team to apply branding into the Guest experience.
- Manage events administration including financial reporting, health and safety documentation, board reports and presentation to stakeholders.
- Manage the events budget effectively to maximise its effectiveness, and generate and manage sponsorship agreements.
We are keen to talk to candidates who have:
- Significant experience in outdoor events management/operations/production.
- Experience in budgeting, planning and delivery of outdoor events
- Proactive attitude, strong organisational, project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills to ensure flawless planning and execution
- Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture and adjust available solutions
