I am looking to speak to experienced General Managers from full service restaurant backgrounds, who have demonstrable experience in managing a high volume site, with large staff teams and who can demonstrate they provide 5* service to all customers, creating a fun and energetic environment. You will know how to upsell products ensuring spend per head is high, and that the customer enjoys their expericne to ensure repeat custom.
