Cluster Manager to 42K basic 52K OTE

Warwick

I am looking torecruit a cluster manager to work for a market leading company operating in the adventure/trampoline park market. As cluster manager you will be based in Warwick for 4 days a week running a well-established £1m+ turnover business whilst supporting a smaller park one day a week. There will be a significant cap ex into Warwick in 2022 to expand its size and to invest in new attractions and equipment making this a very exciting time to join the business The successful candidate will have the genuine opportunity to be able to develop into a regional management position within 9 months which would see you move away totally from the day to day operational management of the centres.

We are looking for a manager who is hands on, very strong operationally and who can coach, lead and mentor a large team of relatively young staff to deliver great customer engagement and service. We would welcome applications from Club or General Managers working already in family entertainment, health and fitness, hospitality or retail who will be excited at the opportunities to step up into a cluster position and join a business where you will be given considerable support but plenty of autonomy to run the centres and to meet and exceed your commercial targets. Attributes we are looking for attributes that include:

  • Enjoy working in a family focused entertainment and advenure business with lots of kids parties.
  • Process and systems orientated with attention to detail and relentlessly delivering brand standards.
  • Have advanced health and safety knowledge, IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications preferred.
  • Commercially astute to drive multiple revenue streams including admissions, memberships and food and beverage.
  • Can analyse data, trends and make informed commercial decisions based on this information.
  • Have high levels of personal accountability and integrity.
  • Ideally have experience of managing a hospitality operation.
  • Be willing to work duty management shifts and a minimum of 1 weekend in 2

In addition to a competitive basic salary that of up to 42K depending on experience there is the genuine opportunity to earn a further 10K OTE in a business that recognises and rewards high performance. Benefits include 5 weeks holiday, private healthcare and free parking. On moving up to a regional management position you can expect to receive a significant pay increase and to earn a place on the senior management team.
