Cluster HR Manager 42- 45K basic + bonus Slough/Gatwick
A great opportunity to take on a cluster HR management role working for an international hotel group across their properties in Slough and Gatwick. You will be based at one property for 3 days per week and the other property for 2 days. We are ideally looking for a candidate who is CIPD qualified and who has worked within a similar role within either the hotel or broad leisure sector who us familiar with the challenges and opportunities within the sector. You will report into the Director of HR for the group and will be working closely day to day with the general manager at each property.
This is a generalist role covering all aspects of HR provision within a sector where recruitment and retention are ongoing challenges whilst looking to develop talent pipelines and ensuring the induction processes, training and individual development plans are supporting the senior management to ensure the company delivers the levels of customer service expected by the guests across all areas of the operation. You will need a strong working knowledge of employee legislation and setting and managing KPIs to achieve corporate goals and targets for NPS and labour management targets. You will manage all aspects of employee relations and be experienced in producing reports and analysis across all areas within your remit.
