Chef - Chinese Cuisine - Cambridge (Coldham's Common)

Our clients mission is to bring the world's most food into everyone's home or office - fast. Delivering an innovative new concept: Fully equipped, state of the art kitchens preparing food specifically for delivery only from the heart of Cambridge. After an exceptionally successful trial they have launched a range delivery only kitchens across a wide range of Cuisines in Cambridge, and are looking for passionate Chefs and cooks to join the team.

I am looking to speak to passionate Chefs from the Cambridge area who have at least 1 years' experience of food preparation or cooking within a professional kitchen. It is important that you are creative, passionate and imaginative, and full of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. This new concept is full of managers who have a huge 'can do' attitude, and they want the same for their excellent team of Chefs.

The Chinese concept is launching in the coming weeks, and we are now looking for Chefs who have a keen interest in, and ideally some experience of working with Chinese food. You will be working to very tight and specific specs, and you will be given full training within the kitchen for 2 weeks before the menu goes live.

The pay for this position is up to £12 per hour and the successful candidate will be on a 40 hour per week contract, with overtime opportunities available.

You will need to be flexible in your working hours, expected to be available for evening and weekend shifts, with 2 week days off in the week. You will typically work 3 in 4 weekends.
