Working in arguably the largest, biggest volume and most impressive gym in London, we are looking for a fitness product orientated Assistant General Manager to hit the floor running and take the business forward.

Being a flagship club, this is your chance to make a name for yourself and very realistically develop into General Manager within 6-12 months.

Managing the fitness product from gym operations, personal training and group exercise will be key responsibilities but you will also gain exposure to managing every aspect of the business in the absence of the General Manager.

To apply you will have bags of energy and personality, have gained exposure to managing fitness product and the teams in this area and be the type of manager who thrives in member facing activities. Having the ability to step-in to cover an induction or gym class would be highly desirable so you must also be REPs level 3 and comfortable teaching a gym floor class.
