Area Sales Manager

Midlands/North East

to 32K basic 40K OTE

I am currently recruiting for an area sales manager working within the health and fitness industry and taking responsibility for 20 clubs in the North East and Midlands regions. As area sales manager you will spend much of your working week in and around your clubs and as such extensive travel and at times overseas stays will be required. Responsibilities include:

• Coaching and developing your sales managers and sales consultants in all aspects of their roles
• To project manage sales campaigns for that include new openings and relaunches.
• Monitor and manage social media channels working closely with the Head Office..
• To provide sales management cover and support as and when required.
• Prepare and analyse sales and activity reports.

We are keen to discuss this opportunity with candidates who have the presence drive and experience to take on this area role. We would expect you will already be a successful commercial, business development or club manager from the health and fitness industry who is looking to move into an area management position

The position offers a basic salary of up to 32K with a genuine OTE of 40K that include a quarterly bonus and a car allowance. You will also receive a phone, laptop and 28 days holiday per annum. There will be a requirement to work some weekends.
