Training Manager

An experienced Hotel Training, Learning and Development Manager is required for a luxury Hotel.

The Training Manager will:

• Manage all training and development activities and opportunities for employees
• Manpower planning
• Compile strategic training plans
• Conduct analysis, evaluation and training audits
• Develop training progress
• Supervise, inspire, engage, coach and train the Hotel team
