We are looking for a Swimming Manager to oversee the operations and development of a swimming programme for a leisure operator in North London. My client is continuing to grow at a very healthy rate and are looking for candidates they can develop and progress into this new position. The role will be ideal for Swim school co-ordinators or pool managers who are ready to become a development manager with a keen eye to progress the business forward.

The swim manager will not only be responsible for the running of the swim schools and operations day-to-day but will also lead on business development; identifying new business opportunities and working with new and existing partners in the local community in order to grow the programmes further. You will be able to use your local market knowledge to execute marketing plans for your catchment area and spread the word about this amazing programme.

To apply for this exciting positon, you will be ASA teacher qualified and will have managed and grown large volume swim schools before. Whilst this is a Full-time role please not there has to be a degree of flexibility in order to be the face of the swim school and have a real presence at lesson times
