Swim Manager 22.5K basic +swim teaching

We are looking for a Swim Manager to coordinate the pool timetable and develop the swim school at a well-established leisure centre based nr Sunbury Upon Thames. The position is offered on a 30 hour contract to manage the learn to swim programme for which a salary of up to 22.5K is on offer. There is a significant opportunity for you to pick up additional hours as a swim teacher with a very competitive hourly rate.

To apply you will have a working knowledge of the ASA learn to swim pathway as a Swimming Instructor/teacher and have previous team leadership experience, ideally as a Swimming Development Manager, Swim-Co-ordinator, Swim Manager, Aquatics Manager or Activities Manager.

There is significant flexibility around the hours you work to manage the programme including the ability to work at home for part of the week. You will however be required to be at the centre during peak swimming lesson times including some weekends.
