Our client is established successful operator now looking to break into the coffee shop market to complement their current businesses and will be looking for a Store Manager to help open then manage their first site in Bedford.

We are looking for an experienced coffee shop Manager who can bring insight, energy and know how to help set up the business, define the culture and recruit a high performing team. With concrete expansion plans, this role could lead on to opening and then managing more stores if you make a success of the first coffee shop so this is a great development post and is a great reason to jump ship if you are looking to break into an Area Manager role and get involved in more new openings.
