A Typical Day as a Spa Manager:
- Oversee the daily operation of the spa, ensuring a seamless, luxurious and relaxing experience for all guests
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of qualified therapists and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise spa revenue and enhance client satisfaction
- Deliver a range of spa treatments when required, including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, tailored to individual guest needs
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service
- Manage budgets, inventory and staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations
- Foster a positive, collaborative working environment that supports professional growth and development
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
- KPI-driven with a strong focus on results
- Dynamic interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with clients in person, by phone and via email
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and initiative
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience managing a team with a passion for people development
- Ability to build rapport, trust and credibility
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Desirable:
- Knowledge of premium spa brands and treatments, including ELEMIS
