Sous Pastry Chef – 3 Rosette Restaurant – Central London - £32k
 
We are looking for an exceptional pastry chef to join the team for this 3 rosette level dining room. Your standards must be of the highest level and you’ll be no stranger to volume either! 
As Sous Pastry Chef you will manage a small team and be responsible for the planning and costing of all menus in conjunction with the Head Chef, whilst controlling all ordering for your department and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to precise standards. The ideal Sous Pastry Chef will be able to demonstrate a 3-rosette level background, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team, you will be required to produce desserts and pastries such as petit fours, ice creams, sorbets, soufflés, canapés, parfaits and several breads to 3 rosette level. The Sous Pastry chef must work well under pressure and alongside some of the best in the industry, this is a great opportunity to make a real name for yourself as a top London Pastry Chef.

Central London, operated by renowned industry restaurateur. This will be a top-end dining room, catering for 60 covers, afternoon tea at weekends.
