Social Media Manager- Kids Fitness - Milton Keynes
£25,000 to £30,000 + benefits

Our client is an exciting new fitness concept offering a variety of fitness based classes and activities to children of all ages. They are aggressively opening site across the U.K. and are now looking for a Social Media Manager to help define their social media strategy, deliver a fantastic customer experience and raise the profile of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to all inbound enquiries / questions in a timely and professional manner
* Work with internal and external teams to ensure that the correct information is supplied to prospects and members
* Work with agencies to schedule promotional content
* Increase engagement and volume of followers and fans
* Define and lead their online / social review platforms and drive user generated content creation
* Act as a custodian of the Brand, ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines for all communications through all channels
* Be able to lead, and drive their social presence forward.
* Update and maintain the marketing team documentation

Person Specification
* Outgoing, enthusiastic, committed and ambitious
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to develop relationships with key stake holders, customers and prospects
* Social media management or on-line customer service experience within a B2C environment.
* Experience of working with creative and execution agencies.
* A passion for delivering a great customer experience and getting kids more active.
* An active interest in sports, fitness, dance or gymnastics.
* A flexible approach to hours of work within a 40 hour week
