Up to £35k Basic - £50k OTE + Excellent Benefits

Leisure People are a market leading recruitment agency based in Battersea, South West London. With a well established Health and Fitness/Commercial Leisure division, that has been the leader in the market for over 20 years.

With 10 years in the Hospitality sector, we are now making huge progress in winning multiple new accounts and bringing on a number of new consultants who have hit the ground running, we are now looking to bring in a Senior Consultant to add to our team.

Ideally, I am looking to speak to a seasoned recruiter who has a great network, someone who knows the decision makers, is trusted in the industry and someone who can bring a huge amount of knowledge to the team, to help develop, guide and grow, in what is a hugely demanding role and industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in Hospitality Recruitment here in the UK, and will be a go getter, a self starter and hungry to earn money. You will be given guidance and support from Recruitment Proffessionals with over 20 years experience in the industry, but unlike other agencies, we won't bombard you with KPIs, daily call targets and micromanagement. We'll give you the tools to do your job amazingly well, and in turn, you'll be part of the success we have shared over the years and also earn a leading commission structure.
