Up to £20k basic OTE £25k

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for a leading centre in Wokingham. This is a key role within the centre and requires a highly motivated individual possessing excellent leadership skills and the ability to create effective promotional campaigns and increase membership levels. You will need to be able to take a proactive approach to generating new sales enquires and taking initiative to find new clients.

The ideal candidate needs to be able to effectively plan and execute the marketing strategy as well as achieve monthly membership and income targets. You need to be a solutions-focused team player with a 'can-do' attitude. The ideal sales manager will be a strong team leader with a real focus on exceeding customer expectations and the ability to work under real pressure.

I am looking for someone with a minimum 2 years' experience within a sales management role. You need to results-driven and be able to demonstrable an excellent track record in exceeding targets. We are looking for people who have what it takes to excel within a large and diverse sales environment working for a leading brand.
