Sales Manager 22K basic 25K OTE

We are looking for a sales manager to work on a 24 hour/week contract for a leading health and fitness opeartor at their centre near St Neots in South Cambridgeshire. You would need to work one weekend day and two days in the week, typically between 9-5 or 11-7.

• Working to daily sales and activity targets with a minimum of 25 completed calls per day.
• Lead generation, book appointments, conduct sales tours and follow ups.
• Managing and coaching teh front of house team in the sales process
• Working with the regional sales manager to implement sales plans and campaigns.

Offering a npro rata basic salary of 22K plus commission of up to 3K, again pro-rata, with monthly paid commission and free gym membership.
