Sales Manager to 25K OTE 30K

We are looking for a sales manager to work for a leading health and fitness operator in Redcar, promoting a highly impressive centre with a 100+ station gym, comprehensive group exercise timetable and with extensive swimming facilities for a large family focused membership base. Leading from the front you will be hands on in selling memberships whilst also managing and coaching a team of membership advisors to:

• Meeting daily sales and activity targets with a minimum of 25 completed calls per day.
• Lead generation, book appointments, conduct sales tours and follow ups.
• Managing and your sales team and influencing colleagues to achieve targets
• Working with the regional sales manager to implement sales plans and campaigns.
• Converting both digital and incoming leads, managing in reach and referral campaigns.
• Developing and building both corporate and community partnerships.

• Thrive in a proactive target driven face to face sales role,
• Can demonstrate a proven track record in sales
• Have a minimum of 1 years senior sales/sales management experience
• Have a genuine interest in health and fitness.
• Can work a combination of shifts including typically1 weekend in 3.

Offering a competitive basic salary of up to 25K depending on experience with a realistic OTE of a further 5k with monthly paid commission and free gym membership.
