Sales Manager- Portsmouth up to 30K and OTE 35K +significant benefits

I am looking for a talented sales manager to lead a large team of sales consultants working for a leading health and fitness club in Portsmouth. Working in a flagship club offering outstanding facilities and great customer service this is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate to make their mark with one of the leading operators in the market.

We're looking for sales manager candidates who will lead from the front and by example and who relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual an team targets in a competitive marketplace that moves at pace. You will be a key member of the management team and will be required to carry out duty management shifts as part of the role.

Duties include:

* To take responsibility in contributing to the research, planning and delivery of lead generation initiatives that drives the achievement of new member targets.
* To continually improve your knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends and seek further training and guidance from GM, Regional Sales Manager and National Support Departments.
* To be an active member of the team that uses the facilities and develops product knowledge to be able to answer member queries where possible.
* To manage daily KPI's order to achieve monthly target and ensure daily activity from the team are met

Ideally we are looking for candidates from within the health and fitness industry but we will consider people from other backgrounds as long as they have managed teams through their daily kpi's and have consistently hit monthly targets.
