Sales Manager up to 25K basic 30K OTE Basingstoke

We are looking for a sales manager to work in Basingstoke for a successful leisure business. As sales manager you will be responsible for :

• Working to daily sales and activity targets with a minimum of 25 completed calls per day.
• Lead generation, book appointments, conduct sales tours and follow ups.
• Will maximise the opportunities for both in reach and existing member referrals.
• Work to develop corporate partnerships within the local area
• Managing and coaching a team of sales consultants to achieve their targets
• Working with the regional sales manager to implement localised sales plans and campaigns.

• Thrive in a proactive target driven face to face sales role,
• Haves a minimum of 2 years proactive sales experience
• Have a genuine interest in the leisure industry
• Can work a combination of shifts including some weekends.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 25K, there is monthly paid commission that can take the annual OTE to 30K.
