Sales Manager 23-24K basic 28K OTE

We are looking for a sales manager to work for a leading health and fitness opeartor at their Hucknal Leisure Centre. Responsibilities include:

• Working to daily sales and activity targets with a minimum of 25 completed calls per day.
• Lead generation, book appointments, conduct sales tours and follow ups.
• Managing and coaching a sales consultant to achieve targets
• Working with the regional sales manager to implement sales plans and campaigns.

• Can work a combination of shifts including some weekends.

Offering a competitive basic salary of 23-24K depending on experience, a realistic OTE of a further 4k with monthly paid commission and free gym membership.
